This double side sticker labeling machine is completely automated and very user friendly. It is especially designed to apply labels on oval shaped shampoo bottles. This vertical and linear double side sticker labeling equipment is utilized for applying labels on the front as well as back side of oval shaped bottles and containers with various dimensions. It has an exclusive and steadily moving pocket type bottle alignment system.
This double side labeling machine is highly suitable for applying sticker labels on both sides of oval bottles or containers, at a labeling speed up to 100 labels in a single minute, depending on the size of the labels and products. The speed is also based on the stable motion of the product on machine conveyor at higher speeds. Further, this automatic double side labelling equipment has the latest system for aligning the products, which is fully synchronized with the top holding belt system in order to assure maximum stability and upright positioning of the oval shaped bottles.
